There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number LM5100.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.There are several useful electronic components in this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 118V.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 2A.The supply voltage of this device is 2mA and it operates with that voltage.A quiescent current of 200μA is the amount of current this part consumes when it is not being impacted by outside factors.Mosfet driver ic is not possible to exceed 3mA when the supply current is being supplied.
