The package that contains this software is called 672-BBGA. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. A total of 380 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. The basic building blocks of logic contain 92000 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V.
