The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Devices have 8 pins available.As a maximum, there is 9A limit to the output current.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 1 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A voltage of 10μA is used as the supply voltage.
