The 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In order to operate, the supply current must not exceed 0.6mA.
