The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~35V.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for operation.In order to operate, it is configured with 1 channels.
