Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~13.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number FAN5009.You mount it with Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 15V.715mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating voltage of the supply be set at 12V.The frequency of 500kHz can result in an improvement in efficiency.
