There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN7362.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be 500mA volts.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 500mA.Its maximum power dissipation of 625mW shows its power loss capacity without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you keep the supply current at 550μA in order to achieve greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.
