A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 36-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.The pins are configured with 36 when designing the chip.There is an output current limit of 70A for this device.A high-side voltage can be set up to 35V (Bootstrap).There are 7 outputs integrated for its basis.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 10W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 2mA.
