Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 4A.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 4A at the output.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.The device operates on a voltage of 10μA as the supply voltage.Operation is configured with 2 channels.
