Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
