There is greater flexibility with the 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 10V~35V supply voltage.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IX6*11.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.A total of 16 pins are available on the device.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 6A.A voltage of 35V should be set for the operating supply voltage.
