In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.A package of Tube has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number IXD*404.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 4A.A board with 8 component pins is available.The output current of this device can be set to 4A.
