A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*404.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.The device is specifically designed to operate at 18V volts.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 4A.
