The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.Tube represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.You mount it with Through Hole.As a maximum, there is 1.8A limit to the output current.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.150°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.Operation of the device is limited to 1 channels.
