FAN8303MX Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 370kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 23V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V.
