This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 50mA, 5A.Maintaining the continuous collector voltage at 8A is essential for high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 6V.In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is 8A.Product comes in the supplier's device package TO-220-3.The device has a 150V maximal voltage - Collector Emitter Breakdown.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 8A volts.
