XC2S50-5PQ208I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP package and X package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. This device features 140 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. Logic blocks consist of 1728 logic elements/cells. An electrical supply voltage of 2.5V powers it. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. The supply voltage of the device is 2.375V~2.625V , at which it runs. FPGAs belonging to the Spartan?-II series are a type of FPGA that belong to the Spartan?-II series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~100°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. There are 140 outputs incorporated in this device. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. Total terminations are 208. The RAM bits that this device offer is 32768. XC2S50 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. This FPGA module has a RAM si4kBe of 4kB that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. In this case, 208 pins are used in the design. 384 LABs/CLBs are configured on this FPGA. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. Its flexibility is fully utilized when operated with a supply voltage of 2.5V. Its basic building block contains 50000 gates. A total of 208 pins are included in this device.
