XC2S50-5PQ208C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP package and X package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 140 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. There are 1728 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block. It is powered from a supply voltage of 2.5V. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. There is a 2.375V~2.625V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. An FPGA belonging to the Spartan?-II series is referred to as an FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. There are 140 outputs incorporated in this device. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. The total number of terminations is 208. This device is equipped with 32768 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si32768e. XC2S50 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. Fpga electronics is important that this FPGA module has a RAM si4kBe of 4kB in order to ensure that the program will run normally. In this case, 208 pins are used in the design. An array of 384 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. Its flexibility can be fully utilized when operating with a 2.5V supply voltage. There are 50000 gates that make up its basic building block. With a total of 208 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. Most commonly, this device makes use of an oscillating crystal frequency of 263MHz to operate. 384 CLBs are basic modules used for its architecture.
