In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.-40°C~140°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number UCC27524.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 5A for this device.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 5A.
