Its 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~140°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 6 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UCC27512.You mount it with Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 6 when designing the chip.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.8A is the maximum output current.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A board with 6 component pins is available.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.This device supports a current output of 8A at the output.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
