TPS62140ARGTT Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.5MHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.9V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Switching Regulator or Controllers. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TPS62140. A voltage of 6V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 16 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 900mVV. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 2A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. By using 6V as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V, which is the highest available. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the DCS-Control? family. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 17V. Voltage regulator consumes 17μA A of quiescent current without being affected by outside forces.
