SY89228UMG-TR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CML, LVDS, PECL is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.5GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 2.625V. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as there are 2.375V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
