PL602-21SC-R Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 100MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As long as there are 2.25V~3.63V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
