SY89230UMG Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. The 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. There is a Clock PLL called CML, LVDS, PECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 3.2GHz is available. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 2.625V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.375V. As long as there are 2.375V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. A Clock Divider is a classification for the electronic part in question. This part number is related to its related electronic parts.
