ZL30159GGG2 Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-BGA package, this clock generator is embedded. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 177.5MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 1.8V 3.3V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ZL30159. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C.
