SY10EL38LZG-TR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 250. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. There is a Clock PLL called ECL, PECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 1GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.8V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
