SI5335A-B07500-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
