The 128-LQFP package contains FIFO memory chip.This FIFO memory chip is packaged as a Tray .There is a 1.125M 32K x 36 MB memory on the FIFO chips, which can be used to store both applications and data.It is recommended that the temperature be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.The mounting type of the FIFO memory is Surface Mount .For operation, a voltage of 3.15V~3.45V is used.This memory logic is part of the 74V series.The recommended mounting method for this FIFO products is Surface Mount .I believe it belongs to the 74V3690 family of numbers.High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 3.3V .FIFO consists of 128 terminations, which indicates that FIFO means is empty.128 pins are used for operation.For its operation, 40mA is the maximum current required.A voltage of 3.3V should be used for FIFO's maximum efficiency.It is contained within FIFOs .A OTHER FIFO memory type IC is used in the part.In the presence of a 100MHz frequency, it can maintain good accuracy.As a result, Vsup is set at 3.45V (FIFO memory IC's maximum voltage supply).To ensure normal operation, the supply voltage should be greater than 3.15V (Vsup).Through the use of 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip is able to achieve enhanced flexibility.
