FIFO memory chip is contained in the 32-LCC (J-Lead) package.The package comes in a case of Tube .Data and applications can be stored in the FIFO chip's 1.125M 128K x 9 memory.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to 0°C~70°C .The mounting type of the FIFO memory is Surface Mount .For operation, a voltage of 3V~3.6V is used.The CY7C series includes this memory logic.Surface Mount is memory IC's recommended mounting method.In terms of its family, it is part of the 7C4291 family.When the supply voltage is 3.3V , high efficiency is possible.32 terminations are contained in FIFO means.There are 32 pins for operation.Its maximum operating current is 25mA .A voltage of 3.3V should be used for FIFO's maximum efficiency.In FIFOs , there is a self-contained gadget.It has a type OTHER FIFO memory IC.It maintains good accuracy at a 66.7MHz frequency.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 3.6V .As a general rule, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V in order to ensure normal operation.Through the use of 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip is able to achieve enhanced flexibility.
