The 80-LQFP package contains FIFO memory chip.It's packaged in the shape of a Tray .There is a memory of 144K 8K x 18 16K x 9 on the FIFO chip that can be used to store applications and data.The temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.This FIFO memory has a mounting type of Surface Mount .Operation is based on a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V .The 74V series contains this memory logic.A maximum operating supply current of 35mA is provided by this FIFO products.Surface Mount is memory IC's recommended mounting method.Memory IC is a member of the 74V263 family.It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a supply voltage of 3.3V .I found that it has 80 terminations in FIFO means.Operation pins are 80 .In order for FIFO design to operate, FIFO design requires a maximum current of 35mA .In order to maximize efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 3.3V .It is self-contained in FIFOs .ICs of type OTHER FIFO are used in the FIFO memory chip.A frequency of 133MHz is capable of maintaining good accuracy.It is also possible to generate CAN ALSO BE CONFIGURED AS 16384 X 9 with the use of this FIFO memory.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 3.45V .Ideally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should stay above 3.15V .The 2 circuit is used in order to enhance its flexibility.
