You will find FIFO memory chip in the 64-TQFP package.This FIFO memory chip is packaged as a Tray .It is possible to store data and applications on the FIFO chips as they have 18K 1K x 18 in their memory.The temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.Mounting type Surface Mount is assigned to the FIFO memory.Powered by a voltage of 3V~3.6V , it operates on a low supply voltage.The 74V series includes this memory logic.Surface Mount is recommended as the mounting method.A member of the 74V225 family, it has the following characteristics.A supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.A total of 64 terminations are contained within FIFO means.64 pins are the operation pins.The maximum current required for its operation is 35mA .A 3.3V supply voltage will ensure FIFO's maximum efficiency.It is self-contained in FIFOs .It has a type OTHER FIFO memory IC.With a frequency of 133MHz , it maintains good accuracy.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 3.6V .For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V .Through the use of 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip is able to achieve enhanced flexibility.
