You can find FIFO memory chip in the 64-TQFP package.The package comes in a case of Tray .Data and applications can be stored in the FIFO chip's 9K 512 x 18 memory.The temperature should be adjusted to 0°C~70°C in order to ensure reliable operation.This FIFO memory has a mounting type of Surface Mount .It uses a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V to operate.It is a component from the 74V series.Surface Mount is memory IC's recommended mounting method.Memory IC is a member of the 74V215 family.When the supply voltage is 3.3V , high efficiency is possible.As a result of this, FIFO means contains 64 terminations.These are the 64 pins for operation.For its operation, 35mA is the maximum current required.FIFO is recommended that the supply voltage be set to 3.3V for maximum efficiency.FIFOs contains this gadget in its entirety.There is a memory type OTHER FIFO in the IC of this part.When the frequency is set to 50MHz , the system can maintain good accuracy.In this case, the FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 3.6V .Keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V for normal operation.Due to the use of 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip has an enhanced level of flexibility.
