SL23EP08SI-4 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. There are 16 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 2.7V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.3V for safety considerations. As long as you provide 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. This part number SL23EP08 is related to the following electrical components. There are 16 pins that are available on the frequency generator. ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. 8 signal outputs allow for maximi8ation of output frequency. At maximum 0.5 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew.
