In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 125MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVPECL logic levels.
