SI5382E-E-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 2 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 735MHz 2.94912GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There are 1.71V~3.47V available for use with this clock PLL. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Jitter Attenuator component.
