A Clock PLL is included with the TSSOP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
