SI5347A-B-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 712.5MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. The frequency generator has a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals. Elemental destruction can occur when the supply current is exceeded (higher than 240mA)
