The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
