In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 5V~18V.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Under its base part number PM8834, various related parts can be found.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.There is an interface IC called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 4A.Having the maximum power dissipation of 1.1W indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.
