A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 12.5V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 14 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number L6392.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 14 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.In the maximum case, the output current can be 430mA volts.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.A total of 14 pins are available for component connections.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 430mA.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 800mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.A voltage of 580V is output by this device.By increasing the frequency of 800kHz, efficiency can be improved.
