PL123-05SI-R Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 8 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 134MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. You can find related electrical components to the base part number PL123. At maximum 0.25 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. The clock generator is configured with 5 pins for enabling true outputs.
