A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 19kHz~54kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin. The output current of 50mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V.
