NC7SZ04P5X Overview
This part is conveniently packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353, making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A Inverter logic principle is used to make it work. The part must have a voltage of 1.65V~5.5V in order to function properly. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C. Surface Mount is the location of the part. Output current is 32mA 32mA in the high and low states. This is part of the 7SZ series. There are 5 terminations totally. The part has 1 functions that significantly boost the user experience. It is part of the LVC/LCX/Z family of chips. 7SZ04 can be used to search for device variants. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. Datasheets for 5 pin functions are available upon request. Quiescent parts carry 2μA current. Gates is a typical logic device. The method TR is packed into it. According to the datasheet, the part requires 3.3V power supply. A device with an output current of 32mA is rated. For operation, 1 elements are used.
