Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.There is an output current limit of 2.5A for this device.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 100V.
