Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 15V.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 200V.A gate driver in this series is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
