A 81-VFBGA package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. 37 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. To form a fundamental building block, there are 5936 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.14V~1.26V . There are many types of FPGAs in the CrossLink? series, this is one of them. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~100°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. In total, it has 81 terminations on each end. There are 184320 RAM bits that are available with this device. The FPGA module's RAM si5.9kBe reaches 5.9kB in order to ensure that the program operates in a normal manner. A total of 1484 LABs/CLBs are included in this FPGA. CLBs are the building blocks of its architecture. The system operates at a frequency of 1.2GHz in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
