LFXP2-5E-5FTN256C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. Having 172 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. With a supply voltage of 1.14V~1.26V, this device operates with ease. FPGAs belonging to the XP2 series are a type of FPGA that belong to the XP2 series of FPGAs. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. This device is equipped with 172 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. In total, there are a total of 256 terminations on fpga chips.
