In the 144-LQFP package, you will find fpga chips. There are FLASH PLD transistors in this type of FPGA. This device features 113 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. In this device, there are 113 outputs that can be used. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. There are a total of 144 terminations.
