optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 18 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 100kHz~300kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.5V 3.3V. An input voltage of 24V is required for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. As a member of the L4973 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
