L5970D Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.4V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.2V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1A. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 36V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation.
